Dear Spreed Customers,

since last Adobe Flash Update there can be audio interrupts and crashes of Adobe Flash
plugin for participants of Spreed Meetings.

Workaround is Downgrade to older Flash Player version (we recommend 10.3).
Beta 2 Version of Flash 11.3 is not working, too.

How to:

1. Uninstall existing (new) Flash Player plugin:

http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html

32 bit Windows:
http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player_32bit.exe

64 bit Windows:

http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player_64bit.exe

Only uninstall Flash Player via Windows system settings won't do.

2. Download Flash Player 10.3 and install it

For Internet Explorer:

http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_10_active_x.exe

For other web browsers (except of Google Chrome):

http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_10_plugin.exe

If Flash Player doesn't run installation (because of newer versions)
it hasn't been uninstalled before (take a look at point 1).

At Google Chrome Flash player is integrated and can't be downgraded.
If you use Google Chrome web browser you may deactivate manually your integrated Flash plugin.

Kind Regards
from
