Adobe flash has been downloaded but whenever I want to get into spreed the system tells me I need to download Adobe?!
Please help!

Dear Alice Gruber,

please check your browser settings if Flash is at "always activate" mode.

Thanks!
One of my students wants to access the room in spreed on his I-Pad but he says flash player can't be installed. Is there a solution?

Dear Alice Gruber,

right now the best solution is to use a notebook (Macbook) or PC (Mac) and join Spreed room via web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).

Thanks! The participant tried to use his dictaphone (!) and managed to get into the room. He could hear us but we did not hear him. Is it actually possible to use a dictaphone?

Dear Alice Gruber,

Please ask your participant to use a PC/Notebook and USB Headset for audio.
We don't recommend a dictaphone.
